♥♥ Pretty Paper Fans ♥♥

My sweet friend gave me a Vintage Hymnal a few months ago, and I have been waiting for the right inspiration on how to use some of the pages. Point in fact, I have used several for making miniature Victorian paper fans, with paper circles {Original design by me} and little rosettes. They are for sale at my Etsy shop and I think they are adorable. Would look super cute on a small package, or maybe the cover of a Journal for adornment. I am trying to get better at my photography using my Cell Phone {I have an Iphone 6s} and I did not touch these up or mess with them in Photoshop - these are photographed early morning, on my front porch, coffee in hand, and natural lighting.

What do you think? Are they sweet or what! Very simple to make! Just tear a page from a book, fold the page accordion style, glue one side, and then press together, making a "fan" - add your circle and little rosette, and Voila! You have a beautiful and sweet miniature adornment for your packages, or tags, or whatever else you can think of! What do you think? Let me know your thoughts!

Have a blessed day ♥♥ xoxo

♥♥ For Your Eyes Only ♥♥

♥ Can it get any better than Sheena Easton and her hit for the James Bond movie "For Your Eyes Only"? I love it. I think she recorded it in 81' and I have always loved it. Question: Do you like James Bond movies, what are your favorites, AND, what song is your favorite from the movies?

♥♥ An Eerie Tale ♥♥

An Eerie Tale by Graphic 45
Gorgeous papers make for a gorgeous Gift tag! I was gifted this collection and absolutely fell in love with Graphic 45! I have not been this excited in a long time over Victorian style papers and things. I just ordered several Deluxe Editions from an Etsy seller, a few that are Retired that I found to be way too beautiful to pass up.
I created the tags with elements from An Eerie Tale, and added Ribbons/Doily/Bingo Chips/Glitter Circles/Crystals and a touch of Silver German Glass Glitter. I mean, YES! These are so beautiful.
You can find them at my Etsy Shop ~ Happy Halloween {Yes, I know it's only just August coming up!} Halloween is one of my favorite holidays to scrap because the colors are so Vintage and Victorian already...
Ya'll have a wonderful day ~ Come back soon and also follow me here as I will be uploading lots of posts featuring my new designs and shop items.

♥ Halloween Goods and Ghosts and Goblins ♥

Working on some Halloween Goodies for the Shop! I purchased a few boxes of supplies from Lilybean, and she sent oodles and oodles. I have so much Halloween and Christmas to work with I am giddy! I enjoy creating things by hand and am glad to be getting back into it, as the Digital side of things took over the past few years. But, the handmade "itch" is back!

I think I want to be Wonder Woman circa 2017 this year. I saw the new Wonder Woman movie at least a dozen times, and people who know me will tell you I used to get into my grandma's dresser drawers and grab her gold belt, pretending it was Wonder Woman's golden lasso, and I believe she even made me a make-shift costume complete with tin foil bracelets and headband. I would climb trees and jump and play pretend. I thought I would never love another Wonder Woman the way I loved Lynda Carter as she played her the 3 Seasons it was on TV in the 70's. But, Gal Gadot is unbelievable. She is gorgeous. And strong. And I LOVE the new costume. So yes, I want to be Wonder Woman circa 2017. End of story, thank you very much! Happy upcoming Holidays....a bit early in the sentiments dept. but oh well! Us scrapbook folk have to stick together and create Holiday goodies months in advance to sell them.................ta ta for now ladies!

♥♥ Coco Pear Loves a Beach Wedding ♥♥

Coco Pear style! I have always dreamed of a Beach themed wedding. Walking down a flower-strewn pathway leading up to my love, barefoot on the white sand, skin glistening with coconut oil and I am a golden brown from the sun, seashell clip in my hair, oh yes! I want a beach wedding.

So many places that could be a destination wedding. Hawaii, Thailand, Greece. Maybe somewhere simple stateside - like Florida, or North Carolina.

What would your dream wedding destination be?
